Inaugurating NAC's anniversary, Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation Posta Bahadur Bogati urged NAC to improve its management rather than putting the entire blame on the government for its woes. NAC has been venting ire over the government's failure to purchase new aircrafts immediately.
The purchase of new airplanes is currently in process, Minister Bogati added.
Instead of disseminating unnecessary rumour, Bogati also opined that the problems should be resolved through discussion.
Bogati also urged the officials to carry out their duties with responsibility for the development and improvement of the corporation.
On the occasion of NAC anniversary, Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has also forwarded his well wishes to NAC to deliver quality services along with effective and regular operation of flights.
The national flag carrier has been operating six international flights to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and Doha while it operates in more than 25 destinations under domestic flights in the country at present. Nepalnews.com
