National Sports Council rewards medalists of South Asian, Asian games with Rs 7,510 each

The National Sports Council has felicitated the medal winners of international games with cash rewards amidst a function in the capital on Wednesday.

The NSC distributed total of Rs. 374,950 to 61 medal winning players of South Asian Games and Asian games.

Gold medalists of the official games were rewarded with Rs. 7,510 each while the winner of unofficial games bagged Rs. 2,890 each.

The cash intensive was distributed to the players from 11 games including seven official and four non-official games. nepalnews.com
