NC prez Koirala says his party can give outlet to nation

Nepali Congress president Sushil Koirala Saturday said that his party would give outlet to the country by resolving the political deadlock.

Speaking at a programme in Kathmandu organised on the occasion of 30th BP Memorial Day, he said that the NC would resolve the political problem facing nation by applying the policy of reconciliation adopted by late BP Koirala.

He also urged the Maoists leaders to quit double standard accusing the Maoist party of betraying people.

Koirala also said that the reason behind the split in the Maoist party was inappropriate policy though the split was disappointing for anyone.

"There is no alternative to the consensus to end current political impasse of the country ," he added. nepalnews.com
