Pakistani Products Exhibition kicks off
The third edition of ´Made in Pakistan Products Exhibition 2012´ kicked off at the Direction Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) in the capital on Wednesday.
The expo is being organised by Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industries (RCCI) with an aim of boosting trade and economic relationship between Nepal and Pakistan.
Inaugurating the week-long event, Minister for Industry Anil Kumar Jha said that the government was always ready to support for enhancing trade and investment between the countries.
Stressing on the lack of open land transit between the two countries, Minister Jha said that there should be easy land transit to enhance business between the two nations.
On the same occasion, president of RCCI Jawed Akhtar Bhatti said that the event would be fruitful to boost business along with enhancing mutual relationship between the two nations.
He also informed that the event is featuring some 65 stalls of Pakistani products including cloths, handicrafts, jewelry, cosmetics, kitchenware, furnitures among others. nepalnews.com
