Himani distributes relief aid to Siraha fire victims

Ex-princess Himani Shah has distributed relief aid through her charity organisation to the fire victims of Aurahi village in Siraha district.
Himani came to Aurahi village with her aides Thursday afternoon to distribute the relief aid to the fire victims. The Himani Trust distributed nine bundles of corrugated tin, 2500 bamboo poles for the construction of makeshift houses along with biscuits and noodle packets to the children.
As many as 1100 houses and cowsheds belonging to 477 families were destroyed when a massive fire swept through Aurahi village last month. Over 3000 locals were displaced by the inferno. nepalnews.com
