Speaking at a programme in Kathmandu, he said that Bhattarai government was formed on the basis of the majority votes per article 38 (2) of Interim Constitution and recent expansion of the cabinet was just a reshuffle of his previous cabinet.
“This is just a reshuffle of his cabinet. Bhattarai government is not national unity government, “ he added.
Yadav also said that his party wanted timely promulgation of new constitution, conclusion of peace and assurance of rights to Madhesi community in stead of joining the government. He also warned of nationwide strike if their demands are not heard. nepalnews.com
