11th House Session kicks off

The 11th session of the legislature parliament began from Wednesday at the Constituent Assembly building in Naya Baneshwor.

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav called the House session upon the recommendation of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai.

The session formally began after speaker Subas Nemwang read out the message of President Yadav about calling of the House session.

The House will endorse the amendment bill to the Interim Constitution to pave the way for shortening the procedure for new constitution promulgation.

Meanwhile, the CA meeting scheduled to take place today has been deferred till 5.00 pm Friday. nepalnews.com
