Chances of constitution promulgation increase as Baluwatar meet ends on positive note

The meeting of the top leaders of four political forces – UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) held at Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar this afternoon ended on positive note.

It is learnt that the leaders are positive about adopting the federalism based on multiple identities and have agreed to commence Constituent Assembly (CA) meeting as soon as possible today.

After Baluwatar meeting, the leaders have reached Singha Durbar for further discussions.
