NEPSE near to 500 pts

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has seen continuous increase after the Dashain vacation, nearing 500 points.

The stock market witnessed 11.96 points surge to settle to 492.8 points on Sunday, the first trading day this week.

As per the sub-indices of the stock market, all the groups posted positive growth – banking by 17.19 points, hotels 8.9 points, development bank 3.51 points, hydropower 9.02 points, finance 0.79 points, insurance 10.34 points and others 8.22 points.

The total turnover on Sunday was Rs. 98.85 million trading 290,611 shares through 1287 transactions. Nepalnews.com
