Asia-Pacific business tycoons’ conference kicks off
The 26th annual conference of Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) kicked off here in the capital on Wednesday.
Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has hosted the conference with the theme 'A Vision for Shared Prosperity' where eminent speakers will discuss as to how Asian governments can work together to achieve sustainable economic development, as well as exchange views on why businessmen in the region need to rely more on each other to be able to sustain their growth and development.
The Conference aims to provide a platform for CACCI members to share their ideas on how they can help their respective countries – and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole - in strengthening and spreading the benefits of regional cooperation.
Some 300 of the business tycoons and government officials from around the Asia-Pacific region are expected to gather in Kathmandu during the three day conference. nepalnews.com
