Teenage girl gang-raped by 7 in Ramgha

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by seven men at Ramgha-5, Lamjung. None of the accused has been arrested as the victim’s family said they could not lodge a complaint due to repeated threats from the perpetrators.

According to the police, the teenager, a resident of Ramgha-5, was ambushed by the seven men in a paddy field near her residence and allegedly raped on Monday evening.

The teenager, who is a ninth grader at a local school, was found in the field in an unconscious state after 24 hours of the incident, reports quoted eyewitnesses as saying.
