The CPN (UML) felicitated Nepali National Cricket players for their outstanding performance in the ACC Elite Trophy that concluded in the UAE on Friday.
In a function organised to felicitate the players in Kathmandu on Sunday, the third largest party of the country praised the magnificent performance of young cricketers and congratulated them.
Similarly, Federation of Nepal Sports, the sister organisation of the party awarded the team with Rs. 80,555 along with the plaque.
On the occasion, UML Chairman Jhala Nath Khanal praised the team for their historical victory expressing his commitment to support to the sports.
Similarly, Nepali captain Paras Khadka also said that the team would make further improvement in their performance in the days to come.
