One dies, nine injured in jeep accident

A man died and nine others were injured in a road accident at Phusrekhola along Maldhunga-Beni road section on Tuesday.

The accident took place when a jeep (Na 1 Ja 2133) heading to Maldhunga of Parbat from Beni skidded off the road and fell some 50 feet off the road, said RSS.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be established. According to police, around 55 year-old man, who told with other passengers that he was from Dhamja in Baglung district, died while undergoing treatment at District Hospital, Beni.
