Two killed in Palpa jeep accident

At least two persons were killed died and 28 others injured, three critically, when a jeep fell off the road near Gejathati, Palpa, on Wednesday. The vehicle, crammed with passengers, fell 20 metres below the road, said police.

The deceased have been identified as Ganga Kumari Khamsa (59) of Darlamdanda and Dhan Bahadur Khamsa (60) of Darlamdanda. Those injured are receiving treatment at Mission Hospital, Tansen, and Lumbini Medical college.
