Load-shedding hrs considerably reduced in view of Dashai festival

The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has reduced load-shedding hours from Wednesday in view of Dashai, the biggest festival of Hindus.

The NEA has decided to slash the load-shedding to 18 hours a week from October 21 to 29. The NEA had been imposing 48 hours of power cut in a week.

There will be two hours load shedding for five days and four hours on two days during the period.
