Influential guidebook recommends Everest, Annapurna adventures

A new guidebook by travel experts Lonely Planet has recommended cycling along Nepal's Annapurna circuit and climbing Mount Everest as one of world's most thrilling adventures, British media reported.

The recently launched book, titled Great Adventures, showcases world’s most thrilling adventures in nine themed chapters; Hike, Dive, Bike, Above & Below, Climb, Ice & Snow, Animals, Water and Drive.

Details on each adventure has been presented for over four pages, with practical information on how you can make it happen, as well as alternative challenges and some related reading. Each experience is also illustrated with beautiful images.

The influential guidebook also recommend, among others, tracking mountain gorillas in Uganda and diving with sharks in South Africa. Nepalnews.com
