Three killed in separate road accidents

Three persons were killed in separate road accidents across the country in the last 24 hours.

In Bardiya, two persons were killed as two motorcycles collided head-on at around 8 pm on Monday night. The deceased have been identified as Binaya KC (20) of Sorhawa and Jayahari Parajuli (40). Maitha Chaudhary and Sudip Parajuli, who were riding pillion on the motorcycles, have been critically injured, police said.

In Chitwan, a man was killed after a cycle and a motorcycle collided at around 7 pm. The deceased has been identified as motorcyclist Baburam Koirala. Two of the deceased's sons, who were riding pillion, were injured in the incident. Cyclist Sanjay Mahato also sustained injuries.
