Nepal to host ACC T20 Cup in 2013
Nepal will host the Asian Cricket Council Twenty-Twenty tournament in 2013, the council said.
Although the dates for the event are yet to be finalised the UAE, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Oman, Kuwait, the Maldives and top two from ACC Trophy Challenge 2012 will participate in the the tournament.
In the 2011 edition of the tournament, hosts Nepal had finished fourth. Reigning champions Afghanistan had defeated Hong Kong to lay claim to the trophy.
The Nepali cricket team is to compete against teams from Bermuda, Italy, the US, Oman and Uganda in the World Cricket League Division III tournament slated for April 28 to May, 2013. nepalnews.com
