Indian youth arrested for raping minor girl

The Armed Police Force on Sunday arrested a 19-year-old Indian national on charges of raping an 11-year-old girl from bordering Itatar VDC-9 in Siraha district.

The Indian national identified as Ram Pujan Mandal was caught red-handed while raping the girl in a paddy field, police said.

APF later handed Mandal to police for further investigation.

Mandal had attacked the victim, who stays in the same locality, while she was on the way to her home and forcibly took her to the paddy field to rape her.
