According to CPN-Maoist vice chairman C.P Gajurel, the party is going to add 30 demands to the 40 points the then Maoist party had presented to the then government headed by Sher Bahadur Deuba before launching the insurgency in 1996.
Speaking at the Reporters Club Monday, Gajurel said the party had already made preparations for the protests and that the protests would be peaceful.
He also reiterated that consensus between the parties was not possible until Bhattarai government stepped down and that the President should take a "concrete step" to find an outlet to the impasse. nepalnews.com
