FNCCI starts promotion of NIY 2012/13 to attract foreign investment

The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has started its promotional visits to various countries with an aim to attract foreign investment along with promoting Nepal Investment Year 2012/13.

Organising a press conference in the capital on Sunday, the federation informed that it aims to attract foreign investors in Nepal’s potential sectors and get acquainted with government’s polies to secure and attract foreign investment.

The delegation from the federation led by senior vice president of FNCCI Bhaskar Raj Rajkarnikar had also visited Australia to participate in the programme organised by Non-Resident Nepalis, informed the federation.

During the visit to Australia, the delegation also held meetings with the representatives of New South Wales Business Council and discussed the possibilities of their investment in Nepal.
