Nepali women footballers continue winning streak; advance to final of SAFF C’ship beating Lanka 3-0

Nepal defeated host Sri Lanka 3-0 in the semi-final match to advance to the final of the ongoing second SAFF Women's Championship 2012 played at CR&FC Grounds, Colombo in Sri Lanka on Friday.

Anu Lama scored an opening goal in the 48th minute while Dipa Adhikari doubled the tally in the 76th minute and Laxmi Poudel made it 3-0 through a penalty kick awarded in the injury time.
