"I cannot reveal everything right now. But yes, there is corruption in the party. The commission will reveal who are involved in it," Sherchan said while speaking at the Reporters Club.

According to Sherchan, the commission received a total of 65 complaints of which 20 were merely suggestions.

Asked about the dispute between the UCPN (M) and the breakaway CPN-Maoist over the sharing of party properties, Sherchan said his party had offered 30 percent of the total property but no agreement had been reached as yet.

"30 percent was offered to them based on the assumption that 30 percent cadres joined them, but I think the two sides will settle for 40-60," said he, "Since they too made contributions, they should get a fair share," nepalnews.com
