1485 former combatants pass written examination to qualify for integration into NA
Altogether 1,485 former combatants have passed in the written examination conducted by Army Integration Special Committee (AISC) to qualify themselves for integration into Nepal Army (NA).
Written tests for former combatants who had opted for army integration had concluded in all the cantonments on Monday and the results were announced Wednesday.
Earlier, the AISC had conducted physical fitness test of the combatants who had chosen integration.
Around 1,500 former combatants had appeared in the written examination to qualify for integration after 1,507 combatants were discharged from various cantonments following a farewell ceremony till Sunday.
Now the successful former combatants will undergo medical tests, the results of which will be announced on September 29. nepalnews.com
