The four major political forces have agreed to settle their differences in package.
A meeting of UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) held at Army Integration Special Committee (AISC) secretariat in Naya Baneshwor on Friday decided to deal the issues of unity government and its leadership, fresh election and procedure of making amendment to interim constitution among other in package, according to NC vice president Ram Chandra Poudel.
The meeting also decided to bring fringe parties into confidence while taking decision about unity government.
In the meeting the UML leaders proposed Nepali Congress for the leadership of unity government, it is learnt.
Maoist vice chairman Narayankaji Shrestha, Maoist spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota, leader Amik Sherchan, NC vice president Ram Chandra Poudel, senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba, UML chairman Jhala Nath Khanal, vice chairman Bamdev Gautam and UDMF's Rajendra Mahato and Mahantha Thakur were present in the meeting. nepalnews.com
