14 drug peddlers in police net
Police have arrested 14 alleged drugs traffickers including a woman from various places of Kathamndu Valley in a recent haul.

A police team from the Narcotic Drug Control Law Enforcement Unit, Naya Baneswor, held six persons with 530 gm brown heroin. Yethapa Tamang, 19, Jayram Tamang, 19, and Bai Lama Tamang, 24, of Dhading district and Kalimaya Tamang, 28, of Nuwakot district. Similarly, other main accused in drug dealing - Jiya Lal Sahani and Mahesh Prasad Kurmi of Parsa district - were also arrested in the same haul.
Likewise, Chandra Bahadur Neupane, 29, of Bara district was held with 80 gm brown heroin while Sahaj Das, 50, of Siraha district arrested with 50 gm of brown sugar heroine.
Police also arrested Gopal Prasad Gupta, 42, of Biratnager with Ibuprofen and diazepam ampoule 2000 pieces each, Ganesh Kumar Lama of Dhanusha district and Sunil Kumar Tamang of Dhading district with Ibuprofen and diazepam ampoule 1200 pieces each, Arun Kumari Sah, 20, of Siraha district with Ibuprofen and diazepam ampoule 500 pieces each and Lal Kumar Puri, 20, of Bara district with 500 pieces each.
Similarly, the police arrested Santi Kumari Ale, 25, of Kathmandu with 550 pieces of diazepam ampoule, 450 pieces of Ibuprofen ampoule and 85 gm brown heroin. Nepalnews.com
