HLPC to assess talks process with fringe parties
The High Level Political Committee has decided to assess the talks process with smaller parties, as it has scheduled an internal meeting of the four parties represented in the Committee on Saturday afternoon.
The meeting will evaluate the previous meeting held with poll-opposing groups including CPN-Maoist led by Mohan Baidya, Federalist Socialist party of Ashok Rai and Madhesi Janadhikar Forum chaired by Upendra Yadav.
"We are not in a mood to wait, if the opposition parties do not come to a compromise," said the four party sources, adding that the second Constituent Assembly polls will be conducted in the stipulated date of November 19 by the incumbent interim election government. Nepalnews.com
