Two customs officials at TIA caught red handed with bribe money
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has caught two customs officials at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) red hand with the bribe money they extorted from the travellers.
According to a CIAA statement, they were arrested on Friday evening following a tip off that the official duos received bribe amounting to Rs 40,000 and 75,000 each.
The culprits have been identified as section officers Minarva Adhikari and Shanta Raj Regmi. They are now in police custody under the CIAA. Nepalnews.com
