|Sharif urges better cooperation between Nepal-Pak private sectors
Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said the private sectors from Nepal and Pakistan should enhance mutual cooperation for the development and promotion of the energy, tourism and agriculture sectors.
During the meeting with Nepali delegation led by Finance Minister Shankar Prasad Koirala in Islamabad, Sharif said that both the governments should encourage their private sectors.
Similarly, Sharif expressed that the relationship between the two nations has remained intact and fruitful despite political changes in both the countries.
On the occasion, Koirala opined that both the countries should take common policy to encourage private sectors in their respective countries for mutual benefit.
Meanwhile, FM Koirala and his Pakistani counterpart Ishaq Dar signed an agreement for mutual investment in sectors like agriculture, tourism, trade, education and health. The MoU was signed at the end of two-day “Nepal-Pakistan Joint Economic Forum” held in Islamabad on Tuesday. nepalnews.com
