CPN-UML will win direct elections from 106 places, claims Gyawali
Leader of CPN-UML, Pradip Gyawali has claimed that his party will win at least 106 seats in the direct election of the Constituent Assembly.
Speaking with journalists in Biratnagar Wednesday, Gyawali further claimed that CPN-UML will emerge as the largest party in the election.
Commenting about the poll-opposing groups, Gyawali said they have no capacity to foil election. "There is no doubt that the election will be held in the scheduled date of November 19," he said.
"Both a round-table conference and referendum, as demanded by the ultra leftists and ultra rightists, respectively, are detrimental to the country," Gyawali added. Nepalnews.com
