Sahara Club set date with Three Star for Aaha-Rara cup final match

Sahara Club defeated Nepal Army Club 4-2 on penalty-shootout to enter the final of 11th Aaha-Rara Gold Cup Football Tournament at Pokhara Stadium on Thursday.

As the match ended on a goalless draw in the regular and additional extra time, the match was forced to spot-kick.

Ajit Prajpati saved two spot-kicks of Army’s Santosh Nepali and Deep Lama to secure a close win for his team while Olawala Usaman Olumide, Buddha Lama, Adarsha Shahi and Jaya Thapa scored for Sahara Club.

Sahara Club will take on Three Star Club in the final match of the tournament on Saturday. Nepalnews.com
