Speaking at the inaugural function of the party's 7th general convention in Hetauda on Saturday, Dahal said the "new formula" would end the deadlock and ensure fresh polls. "If the Nepali Congress and UML reject it people will not spare them," he warned without divulging what the 'formula' was.
According to him, the UCPN (M) will show maximum flexibility for consensus and is ready to accept any neutral person to head the election government.
The Maoist chairman said election is a most to end the political stalemate, urging the NC and the UML to stop their street protests to create an atmosphere for elections. Nepalnews.com
