SC seeks documents related to appointment of Yadav as Press Council chief
The Supreme Court has ordered the government to submit documents related to its recent decision to appoint former Justice Avadesh Kumar Yadav as chief of the Press Council.
The court was responding to a petition against the government decision, which the plaintiffs said was a breach of constitutional provisions.
