SC vacates stay on Upper Trishuli upgrade

The Supreme Court on Sunday has vacated its stay on the government’s decision to upgrade the capacity of the Upper Trishuli 3A hydropower project.

The court on January 8 had issued a stay on the Cabinet decision dated January 3 to approve the decision to upgrade the capacity of the hydropower project from 60 MW to 90 MW.
