Nepal Telecom announces discounts
The Nepal Telecom (NT) has announced discounts in its various services coinciding with its ninth anniversary on Monday.
According to director general of NT Amarnath Singh, the Telecom has announced minimum PSTN monthly charges of Rs. 200 to make 225 local calls from February 12 to May 14, 2013.
Similarly, the Telecom has also offered 50 percent discount on GMS and CDMA services within the network while it has also slashed the rate to Rs. 0.30 in NT’s GSM and CDMA night calls service from 10 pm to 6 am effective from Monday to March 13.
It has also slashed the telephone call rate for Australia to Rs. 7.75 from Rs. 12 and Rs. 4 for UK by dialing 1424 excluding taxes while its has offered 10 GB bonus in WiMAX service until March 13.
Likewise, the Telecom has also announced its plan to extend the fourth generation 4G WiMAX services to all the districts in the near future. Nepalnews.com
