'PM Bhattarai preparing to leave Baluwatar'

PM Baburam Bhattarai has been making necessary preparations to leave the Prime Minister’s Official residence in Baluwatar, his aides have said.

Bhattarai has ordered his aides to move all of the family’s belongings to a house in Sanepa, where the Bhattarais used to live before the head of the family became Nepal’s Head of Government.

“We started moving the family’s belongings earlier today,” said a aide to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister has no doubts that a deal on holding fresh CA elections will be signed in a matter of hours, said his aides adding that political parties will formally endorse Chief Justice Khilraj Regmi’s name as the next ‘Head of Government’.
