NRNs to announce investment in hydropower projects soon
The Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) Association is in the final stage to make the investment in hydropower projects generating a total of 42 MW electricity.
Speaking at an interaction in capital on Monday, NRNs UK chairman Kul Acharya said that the association has collected over Rs. 1 billion from some 753 NRNs of the total Rs. 5 billion target for collective investment in Nepal.
Similarly, NRNs are also putting money on the Kathmandu-Kulekhani-Hetauda tunnel road project, Acharya added.
The projects will be overseen by NRN Investment Company established to promote NRN investment in the country. Nepalnews.com
