Bid to appoint CJ head of government against Constitution: Nembang

Chairman of the dissolved Constituent Assembly Subas Nembang has said that the recent agreement among four major political forces to form an election government under CJ Khilraj Regmi was against the spirit of the Interim Constitution.

Addressing a programme organised to mark Democracy Day in Illam, Nembang said leaders of political parties should form a government under the leadership of a political leader to find a way out of the crisis.

He added that opting to form a government under a 'neutral' person was contrary to the values of multi-party democracy. Nepalnews.com
