Purbanchal University shutdown enters fourth month

The central offices of Purbanchal University in Biratnagar, have remained shut for the last four months due to a row over the appointment of varsity officials.

Members of the university's teacher, student and employee unions have objected to the appointment of PU registrar, state radio reported.
