Human Rights Film Festival kicks off
The Nepal Human Rights International Film Festival has kicked off in Kathmandu on Thursday.
National Human Rights Commission chairman Kedarnath Upadhyay inaugurated the festival amid a function at Nepal Tourism Board.Twenty six documentary and feature films from different countries including four from Nepal are being screened during the festival.
Nepali film 'Kahile Samma' directed by Bina BK, Bindu BK and Sunita Nepali was screened at the opening function.
The four-day festival is organised by the Human Rights Film Center in coordination of the Global Peace Film Festival America. nepalnews.com
