Nat’l cricket team off to India
Nepali national cricket team left for India on Saturday for practice matches prior to the upcoming ACC T20 Trophy and ICC World Cricket League Division 3 to be held in Kathmandu and Bermuda respectively.
According to a press release issued by Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Friday, 21-member team will stay in Delhi till March 10.
The team includes captain Paras Khadka, Subash Prasad Khakurel, Sagar Pun, Gyanendra Malla, Prithu Baskota, Pradeep Airee, Binod Bhandari, Basant Regmi, Sharad Vesawkar, Shakti Prasad Gauchan, Chandra Sawad, Amrit Bhattarai, Sanjam Regmi, Manjeet Shrestha, Anil Kumar Mandal, Rahul Kumar Vishwakarma, Jitendra Kumar Mukhiya, Ram Naresh Giri, coach Pubudu Bathiya Dassanayake, technical analyst Raman Shiwakoti and manager Basanta Raj Satyal.
