Machhindra clinch first Saptari Gold Cup title

NMB Machhindra Football Club defeated Yeti Himalayan Sherpa Club 3-1 in the final match to lift the title of the first Rum Pum Saptari Gold Cup held in Rajbiraj Stadium on Sunday.

Bishal Rai scored a hat-trick to clinch the title for his team while Pukar Gaharaj was the lone scorer for Sherpa.

With the win, the winning team bagged Rs. 200,000 and runners-up bagged Rs. 100,000. Nepalnews.com
