Chinese envoy calls on UML chief Khanal

Chinese Ambassador Yang Houlan called on UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal at his residence in Dallu on Wednesday.

Yang, who has was recently recalled by Beijing, is discussed various aspects of his 22-month tenure in Nepal, an aide to Khanal said in a statement.

The envoy hoped that Nepal-China ties will deepen further in the future, said the statement.
