A meeting of the task force formed by four major political forces to work out the details of a package deal to form a transitional government and hold fresh CA election, has been postponed until on Thursday.
The task force is yet to reach an agreement on distribution of citizenship certificates, formation of transitional justice mechanisms and updating of voters' list, said UML leader Bhim Rawal, a member of the task force.
Leaders of Nepali Congress, UML, UCPN (M) and Madhesi Morcha formed the task force more than two weeks ago after agreeing in principle to form a transitional government under the leadership of Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi. Nepalnews.com
