Nepal defeat Noida club by 9 wkts in practice match
Nepal defeated Dronacharya Club of Noida in India by nine wickets in their fourth practice held in Delhi on Thursday.
Choosing to bat first after winning the toss, Dronacharya were restricted to just 73 runs in 28.5 overs of the total 35 over per side as Rahul Bishwakarma grabbed three wickets while Basant Regmi and Ram Naresh Giri took two wickets each.
While chasing the target, Nepal easily met the target in 11.5 overs scoring 74 runs losing one wicket as Anil Mandal scored 34 runs and Subash Khakurel 29 runs.
So far, Nepal have won two matches and lost two. The team is scheduled to return home on March 10 after playing several practice matches with cricket clubs in Delhi. Nepalnews.com
