Armed robbers shoot at money transfer agent, loot Rs 6.4 lakh

Armed robbers shot at a money transfer agency owner in Tulsipur, Dang and looted Rs 6.4 lakh from him, on Tuesday.

Local reports said, two robbers attacked Manohar Sapkota (32) when he was on his way to Kapurkot area and snatched the cash after opening fire at him at around 1 pm.

Sapkota, the proprietor of Biswasilo Money Transfer, sustained a bullet injury to his torso.

Sapkota has been rushed to Neplgunj Hospital for treatment. nepalnews.com
