Clarification sought from Dailekh police chief, inspectors
Nepal Police Headquarters has summoned three police officials stationed in Dailekh a day after more than 50 persons were injured in clashes between opposition and Maoist cadres.
An official at the police headquarters said Dailekh police chief DSP Sharada Prasad Chaudhary and Inspectors Indra Prasad Subedi and Kiran Neupane have been summoned to the capital.
"They have been summoned to the Capital to explain why there was a lapse in security in Dailekh yesterday," the official said. nepalnews.com |
