Government promotes 27 DSPs

The government has promoted 27 Deputy Superintendents of Nepal Police -- 26 from the non-technical and one from the technical group -- to the post of Superintendent of Police (SP).

Those promoted include Ajay Bhattarai, Prakash Adhikari, Uttam Subedi, Dhiraj Pratap Singh and Basanta Lama, Diwesh Lohani and Biswaraj Lohani, among others.
