Defence Ministry objects to use of NA fatigue in movie

The Ministry of Defence has objected to the use of Nepali Army fatigue in a soon-to-be-released Nepali movie.

The movie, 'Badhshala', focuses on issues surrounding the decade-long conflict in Nepal.

Ministry of Defence Spokesperson Dwarika Prasad Upadhyaya said the ministry has objected to the use of Nepali Army's combat fatigue in the movie. "We have written to the authority concerned about the issue," added Upadhyaya.

The movie, directed by Manoj Pandit had a star cast comprising Anup Baral, Saugat Malla, Dayahang Rai, Arpan Thapa, Sarita Giri and Samuna KC. The theatrical trailer of the movie was released a few weeks ago. nepalnews.com
