Police detain over dozen Bhutanese refugees

Jhapa police has detained over a dozen Bhutanese refugees ahead of their Camp Management Committee election, slated for tomorrow.

Local police said the refugees were detained following reports that a group of refugees were planning to 'disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the camps.'
